Without Justin and Britney’s help I don’t think I would’ve been able to obtain the home, they were very patient with me even when I was frustrated and helped me through the whole loan process,. They answered my questions every step of the way and they were never in any doubt that I could close on this home.. Their step by step process was very easy to negotiate. Always new exactly what was going on. The lender we first had would only contact us if there was something to submit or sign, then once we did as asked we were left wondering what was taking place.
Rob worked very hard on our loan and was very helpful in the entire home buying process.
Minimal problems when going through the process, however our loan specialist Mike Wilson was ahead of most issues that we experienced.
