Jeremy Carver was my loan officer. It took over 40 days to close on my house. A few days Before closing we were told $1500.00 would be more then enough to for closing cost. We got the cashiers check and then the day before closing we were informed it would e an additional $1511.03 to close. Just overall not a good experience.

Closing cost estimates are provided throughout the loan approval process, but the final amount owed at closing isn't finalized until after the loan receives final underwriting approval.
