The entire process was long, but I was helped along the way with professionals who knew what they were doing. When I didn't do something exactly right I was helped to get things done correctly. I really like the email with "to Do" items so I could track my progress and know I had not forgotten something.
I had a very complicated file being that I recently graduated from medical school and had a large number of student loans as a result as well as having been in a recent car accident that totaled my 6 month old car and a replacement car note during the loan process. They did a very thorough job of making sure all the paperwork was in order and I was able to close on the projected date without delays.
Being a first-time home buyer was nerve wracking enough, let alone trying to understand each step we took. My loan officer Luke Whaley walked me through the process from beginning to end, and I appreciate it.
