From beginning to end I felt like I was kept in the loop. To begin with, the app is the best. Everything is always there and available for review. Communication with Melissa was always great. She was able to answer all my questions and give me timelines. I received a very thoughtful gift that I wasn’t expecting but just portrays the attention to detail of this team. The team was very proactive with things and getting everything turned in to underwriter. The underwriter was fast and effective. Needless to say I won’t go anywhere else in the future for funding and I will be purchasing again in the near future. Thank you to Daren and his amazing team for giving my family a home.

This was my first home and I admittedly didn't have a clue what I was getting into. Jake basically held my hand through the process and didn't seem bothered when I had to put things on hold to be financially ready. It wasn't long before I got familiar with the rest of my team. Jacinda, LaSar, Anne, and Max were exceptional. They are patient and kind and informative. Every step was made a thousand times simpler with them. If I had questions, they had answers. If I was confused, they broke it down for me. I could have drowned doing this on my own, but they kept me afloat. Words don't, or rather can't express my appreciation for my team.
