If this was challenging and hard to work around then I didn't know about it. Heather made this is a complete breeze for us by always answering our questions promptly and efficiently. My overall experience with Veterans United was good although communication needs to improve as several times I tried to contact Veterans United staff from the Loan officer to the Realtor with no answer or return calls. I was blessed when I was re-assigned with another realtor, Ms. Madeline Malmstrom since the first Realtor, Mr. Brad Stevens, failed to keep in contact. Ms. Malmstrom did an AWESOME job COMMUNICATING, and ALWAYS AVAILABLE for any questions or concerts that we may had. Ms. Malmstrom was there when Mr. Thomas or Mr. Lacey were not available. Buying a house is not easy, however I will recommend Veterans United for their simple process to upload documents using their webpage and the welcome mat! THANK YOU VETERANS UNITED!
