Great service and fast results.
I did not receive the Hud-1 when I expected it, but I do indeed look forward to doing business with VU in the near future.
I would recommend using this service. The agents are very helpful in working out the connections between real estate agents, sellers and underwriters. I didn't have the greatest credit but they were still able to work things out since my wife and I had good steady incomes.
Lauren was extremely helpful and deserves recognition for her efforts

They are amazing to work with. They explain everything in common terms so that its easily understood.
These guys know what they are doing even if a few bumps in road appear
I guess the end results is what counts I think the was some miss comunication but it worked out
I'm not sure if my experience was a not so normal one due to me purchasing a home in a different state other than were I resided. This created some more challenging issues with getting required signatures and documents returned in a timely manner. But overall we accomplished our mission well don Veterans United team.
This was my first homebuying experience. Everyone during the whole process was great. They were all able to answer my questions in a timely manner, my calls and emails were responded to within the hour or if it was late in the day I heard from them first thing in the morning. My experience with Veterans United was great and I highly recommend them.
Vu is big on saying they offer superior customer service, in my humble oinion they do not in fact offer anything beyond the most meager flailings toward customer service. If Vu is deaing with Veterans routinely, i would expect they would be more proficient in not only the process of the loan itself, but the interaction points with PTSD and physically limited /Veterans. I was also expecting a cohesive "can do" teamwork based approach and that was not the case. The process was so stressful and anger producing, I vow to either never buy another house ever in all the days i have left onthis earth, or, find another super awesome real estate agent and let her direct me to proficient lenders if it were a Va home loan situation. In essence i paid VU a fee to use my benefits in return i recievd a less than acceptable performance from the people who were paid to be doers. Vu has yet to grasp the concept that answering their phones to communicate with their customers might and usually would reduce the need for constant emails over each daily period, I would also point out that VU ad my basic paperwork days before i made my offer on the property i eventually closed on. That being said I would hope that my case was an abberation to an otherwise stellar performing company.
VU was recommended to me as a good company to work with, and I will likewise recommend them to others. They went above and beyond to help me get my loan and close as soon as possible.
Veterans United made buying a home an easy and smooth experience! It was wonderful to have guidance throughout the entire process.
