Fantastic service, all the horrors that you hear about with closing on a home, had almost none of it. Few minor last minute bumps that were easily overcome. Loan team stayed in contact and reachable even after hours....Just fantastic.

While the process for applying for the loan was easy, the under writing part was a lite undesireable . My loan coordinator did his best to ensure that things moved along even when underwriting was being a pain in the ass.
From the first phone call to Veterans United I was met with nothing but professional staff and encouraging guidance. I was completely informed every step of the way, from follow up calls to notes and emails telling me were I was in the process. I never was left wondering what was going on.
Haley and Taylor both made a difficult transition very possible. They also treated me as if I was there only client. When things got tough they were right there for me. They help me through this and now I'm a home owner.
