Sara and Samantha were great!, Even our realtor was impressed by the level of service and quick responses.

Dedicated team of specialists helping you - you are not transferred to other people throughout the process. The agents are responsive and work extended hours (this was helpful as we were in California trying to buy a house in New York; 3 hour time difference).


This was my second time using Veterans United. First time for a refinance & second time for a home purchase. Both times I received top notch customer service & loan processes were handled efficiently.

Jim McNeil was a pleasure to work with and made qualification an easy process and taught me some things along the way. But I'm not happy that my closing got pushed because the under writer had to pick up their child. That cost me time at work and threw off big plans my family had. If I'm not at work someone is there to do the job. The machine doesn't stop. Unless it's veterans united.

The whole loan process was great in every aspect. I have had loans in the past but I must say this was a very pleasurable experience. Stsff was very knowledgable and easy to wirk with. I feel like i have made new friends during the process.
