I was very unsure about going threw this process, I am from the camp fire, Paradise Calif. The on line application was relatively easy and with in a day i was called. The gentleman i spoke with, eased my nerves and made the next step relatively easy. With each and every person i spoke with, they were friendly and very helpful. I was offered a realtor and i had my own loan team working on my behalf. It was nice to have this team working for me. I so appreciate all of them and everything they did for me. I am now living in my new home thanks to my team! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Our loan specialist was Ryan, he was very professional and did not hesitate to explain the process and any questions I may have had. He was positive and professional. What made me go to Veterans United was the high amount of positive reviews. Needless to say I was not dissappointed. They have a system in place to really help you not only get into the home you desire and also make sure you get a great deal. Once I was preapproved the process moved really fast and we closed on our home in little over a month. The realtor they connected us with was also great. The realtor was not only familiar with VA loans, but he was extremely honest and made sure we got the best value. Overall 10/10 experience.
Closing costs were much higher than expected, and I would have very much appreciated more notice of a generally accurate closing costs total
