Absolute Best and such an amazing homeBuying experience
This was my second refinance, but first VA loan refi. The first refinance was a mess. That company was unorganized and overly complicated. I had such a bad experience, I dreaded a refi on this home which I purchased through the VA. After many unsolicited letters in the mail, I began to start my research and found Veterans United. From the very first phone call to wrapping up my loan, the entire experience was not only pleasant but an educational experience. I watched all of their educational videos, asked questions and learned a lot not only for this loan, but any mortgage I may have in the future. Ask for a different loan officer if you are assigned Brandon Worthington. We were a week away from closing and were so frustrated we almost changed lenders.
