The minute we contacted Veterans United and Nina was assigned as our loan officer she contacted us and spoke with us about our needs and financial status. Nina would keep in touch with via text, phone and email and was always updating us on the our loan status. Nina would even run numbers for us when we asked and would call us and go over those numbers with us. The whole team was amazing !!!!!

Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. From start to finish he actioned items quickly, answered all my questions, and made sure to always follow-up and check in with me. There was no pressure from anyone on the team while I was still actively looking for a home. Once I found a home, I was on deployment with a hefty time change and he made the loan process easy to work through, took initiative to knock things out for me, and worked around my schedule. I couldn’t recommend Justin enough.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Jordan and his team. In our initial conversation I told him to explain the process to me as if he were teaching a child how to buy a house. Jordan and his team did an excellent job of keeping me informed and explaining the process so I fully understood everything.
Very patient,knowledgeable, response to emails,phone calls and texts are quick with a response or answer.

All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes.
