Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! Jacob Brewer was the best. He seems to really care. I heard very good things from my title officer about Blaire Coleman as well. Daniel from the credit department was very helpful in housing me what I needed to do to improve my score to qualify for the loan. Diana seems to have too many loans she was working on and I felt I got lost in that. Diana did try I think but once she had the bulk of the loan stuff for me the process didn't seem as personal is the way I felt. But, I'd definitely work with Veterans United again for sure. It was a good experience and helped me achieve my goals. This is my honest experience and views of my experience.

All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes. They were very helpful in answering my questions along the way. The system they use with the To Do list is quite helpful with helping an inexperienced home buyer keep on track. They offer assistance with all aspects of home buying, not just the loan itself. They referred us to a local realtor that was very knowledgeable and helpful on her end of the process.
My Veterans home United officer lady Susie, they professional, knew exactly what she was doing, very kind to speak with which I did so many times, I have a hard time because I’ve had 50 surgeries can hardly use my hands and arms having anxiety and other issues But she worked me through it all the way to the end, I highly recommend her as your agent to handle all your needs, once again 24 gold stars all the way thank you very much
