Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. The realtor that was assigned to my team was really bad. It seemed like I was expected to do everything to find a home on my own. He was unprofessional. In regards to the paperwork near the closing, the ball was really dropped. My closing had to be delayed 2 hours because the paperwork was not at the title company. I ended up having to call senior management 40 minutes before the delayed appointment to get the paperwork there. No one on my team were answering their phones during this time either. I had the inspections scheduled within a week of the purchase agreement. It felt like the wait for the appraisal was excessive and the appraisal along with the final paperwork was left to the last minute. I wasn't given proper time to go over any of the paperwork at the end. There also seemed to be a disconnect between my realtor and my team about closing costs.
This was a challenging yet unique case for myself and the VU staff. They rose to the challenges and help make my home ownership a reality. They really did go above and beyond for me.
My overall experience with Veterans United was great. The entire process went smoothly, and everyone was helpful and professional. Communication was good, my questions were always answered, and I felt supported throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to other veterans and military families.

All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes.
