The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 was die to being stood up at the very first house we wanted to look at by the realtor Veterans United assigned to me. After getting my own realtor everything was excellent.

Pre approval process is easy and fast however final approval underwriting is needlessly difficult and requires lots of patience to navigate through until completion

She explained everything in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel overwhelmed during the process.What I appreciated most is how on top of everything she was. Josh was amazing and he took great care of my family during the whole purchasing process. However, our original loan officer, Jordan seemed inept and incompetent-hence the reason why I asked Josh to oversee our loan instead of her.
