I have used Veterans United twice in last 3 years. My experience has been good. The only difference is different states don’t always have a office. This second loan was done totally online with the loan officer.
I have no complaints or problems. Wonderful people. Pleasant experience. Would use them again.

Please drop the VA appraisal inspector. He is working for himself at his own rate. He is not customer oriented and hinders the overall home ownership process. I served 20 years for my country and felt totally disrespected by him. I did not deserve it and feel that any other veteran would feel the same.

I Highly recommend them. Used them to Buy my house and to Refinance when I wanted to do some remodeling. Told my sister and brother-in-law about them and they had just as good of an experience as I did when they bought their house.
