The whole process was easy and my VU team walked me through everything, step-by-step. VU is very thorough and they make sure everything goes right. It was a slightly longer process for me but so worth it.

When you advertise for Veterans Home Loans on Home buyers web sites,then it should be for whatever State you are from so making it easier to work with your broker. I'm from Alabama and the person that worked on my loan was in Minnesota.

Amazing experience overall. Having a dashboard to log into to see what stage and what documents were needed was great, however having a great team that was there to answer all of my questions made the experience as painless as possible. Will highly recommend Veterans United to friends and family.
John was great to work with but I had to rate VU as a 7 because we had a lot of issues along the way. I do not think any of the issues were John's fault. Some may have just been the process altogether. The most frustrating part was having our closing date and time get pushed back multiple times. ALso our funds did not come in by the promised day. Moving forward, I think VU should be more cautious about closing dates and times and when/how funds are dispersed because this caused us a great deal of issues.
