My overall experience with Veterans United and everyone we had to deal with was pretty good. Communication became an issue the further we got into the process.
I was amazed at the initial inquiry, how fast they replied and got my pre-qualification amount. Then the communication through the website made the rest of the process clear on what was needed and going on. I even had to start over in part, when the first house had issues on the inspection. The whole process went smooth all the way through closing.
