Veterans United made us so simple!! They are very knowledgeable and get things done in a timely manor. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is the lending fee. It takes place of PMI if you don’t have 20% down. I just think that a benefit of being a veteran should be to have zero fees. You either pay PMI until you reach 20% of your loan or you finance the 5,0000 funding fee over 30 years. Veterans United should just do away with that fee. Veterans deserve that much.

THIS IS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH VETERANS UNITTED. WE SHOPPED RATES AT OTHER VETS MORTGAGE COMPANIES. JEFF AND VETERANS UNITED PUT US IN A BETTER RATE THAN WE HAD WHEN NONE OF THE OTHERS COULD, AND WE HAD A PRETTY GOOD RATE TO BEGIN WITH.
