I think being familiar with the various state requirements would have helped this transaction be much smoother. I want with Veterans United because I am a veteran and figured they'd be specialists with VA Loans. I'm not sure I'd use them again.

Please be careful if you end up with seth Thompson and Chris Foreman they were slow and horrible. We ended up in a hotel because our loan was a week late having to pay to move twice. Once from our apartment we had to be out of and then out of storage we had to pay for. It was a nightmare.

Having bought many homes through different mortgage companies, I can proudly say VU has a customer for life!Staff were excellent at keeping me informed and walking me through processes. Customer service was excellent from all departments. Online system was easy to use and made document requests a breeze. Thank you Veterans United for making this life change as painless as possible.
Not pleased at all still waiting for money; and still had to make sept payment and still unsure ab the October one that was promised we would not have! Honestly wished we would have went with our current providers Penny MAC. They are upfront honest and would have never taken this long. This process was ridiculously lengthy. People still have out of office voicemails from August which is insane. My business would never allow that. Overall pretty sad
