I applied on line while my husband sitting there to apply for his VA loan, just like that we were approved. Shortly after an email came letting us know of the Team we'd be working with, a phone call shortly after our realtor in the area would be Jackie Mahoney. We didn't have to go find someone they set us up with her and things have been going just fine. We found a home and made an offer, closed on our new home, now looking forward to selling our previous home.
