We will continue using Veterans United every time we Buy a house. They make the process seem like it’s too easy by doing a lot of the work for us, and they are constantly checking in to make sure we’re satisfied. Once you’ve closed on your home they also go above and beyond and send you shirts, along with a fun little housewarming gift that’s specific to your family. We’ve recommended them to friends in the past who loved them as well, and will always suggest them for any veteran looking to buy.
Took only a month to close. Got everything I needed to get the loan started through an email. The to do list helps out so much and the loan officers are there with any questions you might have.

Be careful and be prepared to stay on top of what your loan processor is doing. What they will tell may not be the truth or accurate.

Steve Hopper and his team were very fast to process my refinance. He worked to get a low interest rate, and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way by answering any and all questions or concerns I had.
It is not possible for any other VA loan organization to do a more professional, caring, and dedicated loan process than Veterans United. Both Erich and Veterans United made the process caring, seamless, and professional. They really cared for us, our story, and to do everything possible to get our loan. I just refinanced with Veterans United and it again was smooth and professional. Do not go to anyone else - they changed my life and that of wife who smiles every day she is in her grandmother's house.
