Everyone at Veterans United is so helpful and friendly! As first time home buyers my husband and I had a HUGE amount of questions. Brandon and the rest of the team were there for us practically 24/7, and linked us up with a great local realtor (Renee Taylor)! I love these guys and if we use our VA loan again I will definitely be a returning customer. 10/10 would recommend !!

I originally was signing up for a loan through a different lender which will remain unnamed throughout this review. After many attempts to call them just to seek out help they did not respond back and also emails that were sent were never responded to. I was getting frustrated. So then I turned to Veterans United which did not have the loan rate that I originally wanted as the lender that I was trying to go to before had a bit lower rate. What made me go to Veterans United was the treatment of the customers. It was exceptional. Our Loan Officer was Ryan Williams and he did a great job going through each step of the refinance process. He was able to describe the different rates and the costs constituted with the rates and the loan. Any time my wife or I had a question he was always available. And what made it even better was that we could communicate through various means like email, phone call or text. That made getting updates much easier and more efficient. The whole process for us took a little over a month which was way faster than we had thought it would take. Overall I would recommend Veterans United to any veteran. There customer service is exceptional and is above and beyond!!
The entire process was awesome. I was always kept informed and if I had a question my Loan Officer, John was more then willing to take the time to explain the process. I recommend Veterans United Home Loans to all my fellow Veterans!

Out of all our home purchases (this was our third), Veteran’s United was, by far, the easiest to work with. Our loan officer was especially helpful. She was incredibly organized and an excellent communicator. We are so happy we chose Maureen and Veteran’s United!
