It always starts off with the question how much can I afford as a veteran. From there it goes into questionnaires that eventually ask for email and phone number. I hate giving it out cause little bit later I was being called, but fortunately it went immediately to pre approval, to talking to everyone on the team one right after another. I got passed off to realtor as well; I was already leaning towards looking to buy. Having a team with streamlined process made it enjoyable to start from nothing to closing day.
Overall, working with Ali and her team really made me believe that buying our first home was really possible.
Made everything so easy, it felt like I was communicating with someone that I knew for years.
The only non positive item, was not getting all the info regarding home inspections and having to have the inspector come out twice and pay him twice.
Responsive team and were able to accommodate quick deadlines.
Still the same amazing people. I have no idea how they are able to be extremely nice and courteous all the time.
