This was a good process with Veterans United. There is a little lacking in communication when it comes to a guardsman who has spent several tours on active duty.
Hands down best service, the staff were kind and courteous; and they answered all my questions. I was still a tad bit slow and timid about some misgivings I had with the loan and appraisal process and Veterans United at least in my branch walked me through it all. I even went to a few other loan officers with other companies and I didn't like their rates. V.U. gave me the best possible possible rates they could find, and monitored them like a hawk.
