It is very important that you ensure you have a great team to support you because you never know when things can go wrong, and having someone experience and knowledgeable to guide you through the process that can be relatable is important. Brad Cone is a great loan officer and he was be a great addition to your team, just ensure your realtor does the same. The customer advocate team is extremely helpful, and helped to make this happen for us, and I thank Brad, the processor, the underwriter, and everyone else involved for working together to help make things happen. It was a rough experience, but they made things right!!! So that’s all that matters, and they were professional throughout. I highly recommend.
