John Ouk, a member of Chris's team who handled the majority of my loan preparation, gathering documents and providing me with information stepped up to the TOP in my expectations. I am a person who has to be on top of "whats going on". I need to know and get concerned when I dont know whats going on. Once John understood this, he kept me up to date every time I called on the phone, and was responsive when I left messages seeking information. This communication from John helped me stay calm in a very short time to close (which turned out to be less that 30 days from the first phone call). Would I recommend this team, ABSOLUTELY.
I also wanted to mention Hunter Brumley for helping us with a few credit issues we had prior to us applying for the Veterans United home loans. Hunter was a good advocate for the company and helped us prepare for our prequalification for the home purchase. Hunter went beyond expectations and delivered upon his promises to help us to purchase our home.

Veteran's United - Cindy Woodham - provided excellent customer service. She worked within our time constraints related to coordinating the sell of our old home with the buying of a new home. This created the need to for extra oversight and coordination. All went well - Cindy's ability to be so detailed and yet flexible really made the entire process easy and successful!

I was categorically shocked at how easy buying a home was and I credit the majority of that to VU. I work overseas and 95% of this deal was orchestrated through email while I was deployed. They never missed a beat and taught me a lot of things along the way. They service a demographic that is very dear to my heart. That said, 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know that’s in the market for a VA loan.
