Veterans United was very efficient and communicated through every step of the process. Veterans United always checked in to see how the things were going. It was easy and the process was smooth. I would recommend Veterans United to all Veterans looking to purchase a home.

All around this was fast moving which for me makes me a little uneasy. We have never purchased a home before and have heard terrible stories. However, the whole team start to finish was OUTSTANDING!!! Anything we needed or any questions we had the Team was right there every step of the way. Truly appreciate all the hard work and the power team that supported us through our first time home buying process.

I am very disappointed with Veterans United and in particular, Ian Reed. The closing was supposed to be May 23rd. The paperwork was completed until the 22nd which meant we had to wait 3 business days. The closing was completed on the 27th. I sent Ian numerous emails and phone calls to make sure everything would be done by the 23rd. Ian ignored my emails and calls and didn't change the items that he was supposed to (the origination fee and the interest rate) until the 22nd. Ian has very unprofessional attitude and didn't take responsibility or apologize for ignoring my calls or not having the paperwork done in a timely manner. I would not recommend Ian Reed or Veterans United to anyone. Although, Veterans United is not affiliated with the Veterans Administration, they should treat Veterans with more dignity and respect.
