As a first time home buyer. I was pleased with the process. Veterans United made it easy, and my assigned specialist made sure that I understood each step. I would recommend them for any Veteran looking to buy a home.
Everyone should know that veterans United stated they only keep 30 to 40% of all mortgages they close on and the other percent get bought out by third-party lender’s. Milo got bought out by a company with over 500 one star reviews and multiple complaints and I have to Be charged to pay my mortgage should I choose to pay it at the time of my choosing I would recommend doing business locally it is not worth the headache to go through veterans United they are nice people but they’re out to make money and that’s what they did.

Veterans United is not set up to keep all loans for the long term, though we are working towards that goal, and in the meantime, we only work with servicers that we have a good working relationship with, which allows us to work together in case of any concerns regarding your loan. A loan servicing transfer in no way is a reflection on your loan or how much we value you as a customer of Veterans United Home Loans.

My wife and I was and still is impressed with the customer service and help in buying our first home using Veterans United services. The care and respect given to veterans is platinum. They seem to care for the whole veteran and not just a number. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and if I had a question it was not a bother them if I called several times a day or throughout the week. BUYING A HOUSE IS A VERY SCARY PROCESS. CARA CHAMBERLAIN WALKED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE THING AND DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO ENSURE THAT MY LOAN WAS APPROVED, PROCESSED, FUNDED AND CLOSED.
