I always heard that buying a home could be a long, hard, and scary process. Working with my team at Veterans United, made my first home purchase so much easier than I could have ever imagined. They referred me to a realtor in the area in which I was looking, who is very knowledgeable in VA Lending and finding the perfect home for me! From beginning to end they were all courteous and professional, answering my many questions every time I called. Veterans United was the best service I have ever received. My first phone call to Veterans United I spoke to Steve Gustafson, loan officer, and he developed a relationship of trust and being devoted to our purchasing a home in Florida. I originally contacted the other Veteran loan service company and was basically ignored - the young man I spoke to seemed to not be able to keep his commits to call me back when he said he would.I was supported throughout the entire process from first call to my closing date. The whole team at Veterans United does everything possible to make your dream come true. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
This was our first home so we do not have all the experience in the world. BUT! We started this process very worried and skeptical of buying with a VA Loan. We heard all the horror stories so we didn’t have all that much faith in how things would turn out. Veterans United turned all that fear and worry into trust. I knew they would do everything they could to get us into our new home and they did! I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with. I will be back for my next house and I will send all my family and friends their way!

Veterans United is not the lender can give lowest rate among all lenders on VA loan, VU is not the one charge less fee than others.However, this is the first time in my life that i am willing to pay higher fees, because it worths every cent i spent.my loan officer, Rob Hayward, used his knowledge, patient and great courage to help me go through the hard process, i would not be able to close the deal without his help and detailed guidance.Last, To VETERANS UNITED, please offer more competitive RATES, then i will choose VU again again and again without any hesitation.
