After looking for another home loan, I found Veterans United on face book and checked into it. It was the best decision I made. This is not a hoaks. This is a legit program that works. I urge all Veterans to use this program.
Asli was great! She had solutions too problems with our seller that definitely helped get over hurdles that would have delayed our closing. We closed on time and in the end it was because Asli went above and beyond to stay on top of the loose ends and get problems resolved.

Sometimes difficult to get ahold of team via phone, but that was somewhat expected as you are not operating a call center. A few hiccups with the CD as well, but overall a smooth buying experience

I would like to also say that Nikki from Lighthouse did an amazing job also. She was very friendly and polite. I learned a lot from her about my credit, how it works and how to keep it on the right track. I would highly recommend her. Kathy did an excellent job also.

I did a lot of research before selecting a lender for my mortgage. I got my initial preapproval through USAA, whom I love, but their customer service was not as welcoming as Veterans United. I highly recommend Veterans United to all of my friends and Military buddies.
