Good company to work with. We found a great home and all loan expenses were reasonable. A ton of paperwork is generated but be patient and don't get frustrated. Any question I asked was answered promptly. It seemed an eternity but it was only one month from initial application to closing. The end result was a nice, VA inspected home, low interest rate, and a much lower closing cost with no downpayment than a conventional mortgage. Thanks, James and Laura
