If I could go back I wouldn’t go through Veterans United. After finding a new realtor and talking to others I learned that my experience wasn’t the only horror story. The paperwork and approval was easy; all of the things that didn’t require human contact/communication.

Veteran’s United went above and beyond on making our home purchase a success. They were available at all times, no matter what was going on. Every person we worked with made us feel like family/friends instead of just another customer. They acted like they genuinely wanted to help us, and they genuinely cared for us on a personal level.
