It was simple and easy. Everything was easy. If I needed help it was only a text or email away. Responses were prompt. I would definitely recommend them. In fact I have.
Veterans United helped me and my wife every step of the way! Including the help we needed to get my credit scores up to where they needed to be to get pre qualified and a good interest rate!
Be prepared to get upset with the underwriters as they were very unhelpful in our situation and required many times the same information because they did not seem to want to help. They just expected us to do all the work. If I were on the underwriters side (which I have been since I was a previous loan closer at a bank) I would most definitely be willing to understand that the customer would get frustrated if you ask for the same information many times.

Veterans United Home Loans is a good program, but you should study and watch all the videos on the website to better understand your role and timelines. The loan officers and there team won’t cover every single detail so it’s really up to you to do your research and ask questions.
