We got our home closed in time, but the experience was not as smooth as other lenders and I had to do a lot of my own homework concerning things like the VA funding fee and how much my downpayment could reduce that figure. Marlon was my loan officer, and he was not someone I can recommend. He made multiple basic errors from misspellings of my first name (not a hard one) and my realtor's license number which required a second hard pull of my credit and delayed closing. Title company saved the day. Marlon did not offer timely updates and rarely addressed my concerns properly. Got defensive when I gave constructive criticism about his performance. My wife also had a hard time dealing with him. The other loan officer I worked with, Mark, was great when he was around, but he left on vacation during closing week and it felt like things got dropped once he left the team. We got it done but it wasn't pretty. Web interface is also behind competitors and they're going to transfer servicing of the loan now that its closed. I'll go another direction next time.

Very knowledgeable staff and reliable company, highly recommend
Alex made the application process very easy. We applied online and uploaded all the necessary documents. If we did have a question, Alex and her team were always easy to reach via telephone. I would absolutely recommend Veterans United to anyone and would definitely use them again.
Simply the best VA loan lender in the business. A pleasure from start to finish.
I have over time bought several homes, with multiple lenders, this has been the least difficult purchase of all. Veterans United has been a real awakening as to how good customer care can be. Ask questions, and get answers, who does that anymore? Veterans United did, and relieved us of all our concerns. I would recommend the Josh Solico team as a go to group.Thanks.
Great company! Great service for VA loans and explanation on using them. We would highly recommend this team to anyone. Our process was smooth and fast with updates and personal guidance along the way. We felt like a person, not just a number.
I am so amazed by Veterans United Home Loans. They walked me step by step through everything, was always there for me. Everyone was so patient, kind and considerate.
What an amazing journey purchasing my first house has been! Thank you to everyone involved for your help, support, and guidance. The team did an excellent job and the website was easy to use. I was able to submit everything online through the “to do” tab and zipping documents through the system by taking pictures of them, who knew? The process was very quick and smooth for me and I would recommend any Veteran looking to secure a VA loan to give this company a try, I did and about 2 months after I made the first call to see if I qualified here I sit in my new home. Thanks!
Veterans United is a conscientious organization that walked us through every step of the loan application.I would recommend them to all seeking a VA loan.

If I would have known VU was around years ago, I would have been in contact with them. That's how easy they made it.
My guys was my A-Team, they me feel as though they wanted the house more than me. I couldn’t as for a better staff. Home buying made easy for Vets.
