Mike Wilson, was a great help in the start of the loan. As for Codi Trabue, to be honest, I didn't have very well communication with her. The requests giving to me were undefined in what she needed and needed up having to do many things over again. I think the lack of not being able to get a call back or being able to talk to her more then once on the phone, really hurt the time management at the end. But please don't take this negatively, I have no clue as to what she does all day long and she could of been very busy! Lance Hainen was in there 87% of the time, and I would say that it was mostly because he was having many issues with his voice mail and on call, I was almost unable to even hear him. I also think this could of been part of the problem I was having with Codi. So please take this as only info on having a system check done on your calling service system.

David Fugate and Kayla Prewitt made everything very easy and always kept me up to speed as to what I needed to do to proceed.
