Sometimes difficult to get ahold of team via phone, but that was somewhat expected as you are not operating a call center. A few hiccups with the CD as well, but overall a smooth buying experience
I would like to also say that Nikki from Lighthouse did an amazing job also. She was very friendly and polite. I learned a lot from her about my credit, how it works and how to keep it on the right track. I would highly recommend her. Kathy did an excellent job also.

I did a lot of research before selecting a lender for my mortgage. I got my initial preapproval through USAA, whom I love, but their customer service was not as welcoming as Veterans United. I highly recommend Veterans United to all of my friends and Military buddies.

Veterans Home United is a great way to go if you are first time buyers. They make the process so easy. As long as everything is good on your end and you get the documents they request back on time. You can close on your house within a month. Would definitely recommend Veterans Home United.
