The entire team that helped me purchase my new home were all very well versed in their job responsibilities and carried them out flawlessly. They are all hard working people with one common goal. To get you into your home with the least amount of stress and anxiety. I am not only talking about the loan officer. I am talking about everyone including Tanner Smith who worked as kind of a liaison between the lender and the underwriters. Also not to be excluded from this group was the Lawyer who did the closing. My realtor suggested him and I am not sorry that I took her advise on him. He was very nice, very thorough, very professional but still friendly.

Overall I had a very good experience. There were some last minute unexpected requests which caused some stress but we made our original closing date projection which was great.
