Veterans United seems to have the right intentions, but as they grow, it seems that they are losing touch with their clients. From my perspective, it feels that the clientele is treated as an loan app, not a person or veteran.

I was very happy with both Adam & Lisa ! They couldn't have been any better ! was very happy that it would have taken 3 weeks to complete if I hadn't come into a bit of a snag on my old loan. Very efficient and friendly in every way ! The only complaint I had was the appraisal I had to prepay for & felt invaded with the inside investigation without even telling me. I knew 3 people that just had refis & they never had to have someone inside taking pictures of their home.and the cost was included in closing costs.

I started the process with 5 other lenders. I had a good feeling about Veterans United from the beginning, but didn't make my decision based on that. After getting some numbers from the other lenders, Veterans United was quick to beat the lowest rate. I will definitely keep VU in mind for other military friends and family.
