While our loan officer was away, We had wanted to lock in our loan. We had discussed this before his brief leave of absence. The man that called, Doug, was not as positive or helpful as our loan specialist Brennan had been. During that brief phone call we had even considered going through another lender. However we waited until Brennan returned in order to lock in our loan. Jennifer Sims was very punctual with emails and was very great to work with as well.
