I can say that VU is very thorough and does not leave any stone unturned in this process. I did learn some things about myself that I did not know before this process started and was completed. Things that I found to be very interesting. There were some things in the process that did feel like they could have been handled a little differently and some things that seemed redundant. If you can pass all of VU's paperwork requests and tests, you have got to know you are wearing a suit of shining armor!.
The website was helpful. When you had actions you would get an email reminder then it was very easy to navigate the website and follow instructions on uploading documents and taking action in your "To Do List". I had visibility of my documents being loaded and when the Loan Team reviewed and accepted them, so there was no guessing in vital paperwork. Great experience.
They made the entire loan process so easy, even the realtor they recommended was amazingly helpful!
