All areas of this experience was top notch and extremely professional. I have never met so many people in one organization willing to bend over backwards to help me in every aspect of this loan transaction.

The underwriter was very slow. I had an issue that they didn't review all documents I provided to them and them dragging out the child support for part of the income.Also had an issue that the Appraisal not completed tat provided.If I would have closed on or before the date i requested the rating would be higher having to wait an additional 6 days was not a good start with the company, hopefully the servicing part of the company is better

Don’t waste your time. This was an absolutely horrible experience. Craig was great until I had a contract on a house and then he wouldn’t call back with important info like the interest rate, etc. then when we did talk about why the rate wasn’t locked and went up he said he decided to let it float to try and get me a better rate. His job is to inform and not make decisions about my loan. Additionally, we were supposed to close at 2:30 and my lawyer didn’t get the money until 4...closing almost didn’t happen.

Everyone we had the pleasure of talking to, was extremely easy to talk to. I will recommend the whole team whenever I get the chance. They treated me like close family. Awesome.

Ultimately, my experience was very positive. However, I did have an experience with one of your representatives that left me feeling that my honestly was being questioned. Perhaps that was a simple miscommunications issue. After the Lead Loan Officer took over the processing of the loan everything went perfectly.

Such a great group of people, everything was so smooth and effortless from each transition and each milestone of my loan. I had nothing like this in my first home purchase. There was not one day that I was stressed about how things were progressing. Truly an enjoyable experience!
