Underwriting was horrible to deal with. Documents were requested of me, I provided them, then I was told numerous times that they needed something else or more. One instance I sent in a statement from my retirement that I received and it was rejected because the investment company used “two different fonts...the document could be a forgery.”
This was our second mortgage through Veterans United. It is obvious that they continue to improve the process and that the customer's experience keeps getting better. Thanks Veterans United!
If you don't have Veterans United, GET IT !!!!!!! , They keep you updated every step of the way throughout your loan from start to finish.I have done my research on many other Home Loans and have not found anyone that answers ALL my questions without a hassle.
If you want to take advantage of your VA Loan, Veterans United is the mortgage company to go to. They help you step by step from initial contact to matching you with a real estate agent to loan application to underwriting to closing and you have the keys to your new house!

Simple, easy, reliable home buying experience, I was in training for the majority of the process. The loan team allowed me to focus on my job without worrying to much about the process.
