Alberto knew what I needed when I didn’t. I knew what I wanted and Alberto knew how I could get it. He took personal time to call and advise me. He had already gone to bed but couldn’t sleep until speaking with me quite impressive.

Everyone was extremely helpful and made the entire process very very easy.


We were a bit disappointed at how long the process took from start to finish. Last time we did a conventional refinance it went much more quickly and smoothly. This time it took months to complete and hurdles that should have been foreseen by the lending team caused multiple delays.
