Excellent to work with, they are across the country but feel like their right in your home town. Very pleased, will use again.
They wait until the last minute to ask for documents and get stuff done. One person doesn't know what the other's are doing and it causes mass confusion.
I have too many complaints to list here, however I'll go with my top three. The staff is completely unprofessional at times. The communication with me was poor at best. I was hit with about $3,500 in unexpected expense that was given to me literally 18 hours before closing.
I couldn't imagine going through the home buying process without VU!!! Nathan and Jeremy walked us through every step of the way. This was a great experience.

Went well, the only thing I'd change with you is when something was needed I'd get a email that sound detrimental if I didn't have it. Then I would call and they say it was no big deal. Change your email wording.
