A couple of months ago we tried applying for a mortgage through a local mortgage company, and unfortunately it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. We tried again 7 months later and it was amazing from start to finish. Beginning with Steven who helped use get ready for the pre-qualification process, to our Loan Officer Alea, down to Jeffery and Nicole who communicated everything that was needed throughout the process and heard us out for our timeline and needs. We closed on our home in about 26 days! We really do appreciate everyone in this team up in San Antonio with Veterans United.

The loan people were nice but the process was way to long only giving approval the day before closing which made it impossible to make any plans on moving as my lease was up and I did not know if needed to find other living arrangements.
