If I could give Joe Schumacher a 10+ or 11, I would. He not only met my expectations but exceeded it. Our closure deadline was for the 15th and he nailed it on the 13th! It was an outstanding and exceptional job by Joe and his competent professional and tenacious team who always stuck with me, communicated regularly and just beat their competition.
