Erinn Cline is a gem of an human and I’m truly grateful for everything she did for us! I did not like how once our offer was accepted we were passed onto another team member without a heads up after working with our loan officer for a few months. Also, I asked multiple times in the beginning what documents were required but days before closing we were needing more documents and stuff was being waited on until last minute like employment verification and I had to remind them a couple of times that we had already provided documents they were asking for. Overall it was pretty easy but organization skills definitely need improved.

After months of working closely with someone, I can see how frustrating it would be to suddenly be passed off without a heads up.
