Overall, the team was great!
Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Daniel and his team have helped me with 2 home purchases and multiple refinances now. Each time he has been top notch with the level of service and communication. Thank you so much from me and my family!
