The hardest project I ever took on was buying a house that was suitable for my family... we have been on this journey for over 7 years, and probably still be floundering around if it wasnt for Heidi of VeteransUnitided. I was ready to give up hope until she took me under her wing and literally walked me trough the process from Day 1 to after I signed my contract, and as far as im concerned she is still on point with me. Heidi is my hero in so many ways, by no means a company person, but someone who actually cares and treats you with dignity and respect, as well as a person. She is eager to help in any way she can. Being in the Air Force our adult life we never considered buying a house due to moving every 3 years. After I retired we were still in the renting mindset. Veterans United made the process to buy very easy and we decided to buy. Welcome to our new home.

It’s hard to describe just how awesome my experience has been becoming a part the family at Veterans United.The first interaction I had was with a veteran by the name of Andy Harris. Mr. Harris had to be the most patient person I’ve met across the entire tertiary world we operate in. He answered my questions even on his off time. At one point he called me while on vacation. I mean, 5stars is not enough to rate my experience.I was turned away by one lender the very day before Mr. Harris called me to find out if I even qualified to use my VA Loan. I thank God for Veterans United, and moreover, I am grateful to the entire team. I was not the most polite to a young woman that was just trying to help ease my anxiety and they all still gave it there all to help me get my home.Thank you all. I would definitely recommend any veteran looking to purchase a home, start here at Veterans United.

Wow, where do I begin? Veterans United and my team of Adam, Amanda, Rich, and Shannon are all Rock Stars! I began my journey to homeownership without a clue, luckily these guys and gals were there every steps of the way. From outstanding customer service to personable interactions and did I mention they have streamlined their process, so you have your own portal that allows you to track the process/progression of your loan? Well, they do, and it's great. Veterans United doesn't just get you pre-approved and tell you to do ABC, they have videos, and articles that further explain each step of the process, detailing what to expect, why this step is necessary what the next step is. Simply put, they bring their a game every time.
Veterans United should be all military personnel go to for utilizing the VA loan, the team they provide you makes buying a home easy!

Learn to communicate! Demands were made then had to be redone because no clear requirement was presented with demand. If you are going to make demands that the VA, Underwriters and even State don't require, you can at least lay out what is nessicery and hopefully why in writing so it can be met.
