Maggie and Rebecca both was very nice to do business with and sometime old people are difficult to deal with but they just treated me very nicely and explained the whole process to me. They answered all of my questions and I appreciated them very much. Thank you Maggie and Rebecca.

Everyone was very helpful and took the time to actually talk to me and explain things. I was again very impressed with the customer service and professionalism of everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with.


Seemed that too many required items were overlooked until the last minute.Too many people handling the loan process!Kenna Rasmusen is a very valuable personnel. She was always on top of the things.

Would have been a 10 but for a hiccup on the loan qualification amount. The problem was resolved though and everything went very well after that.



During the time Shawn was on a brief leave, the communication of information needed slightly lacked. When I had a question about documents required it took me several attempts to contact someone to explain the requested documents.




I don't believe that my loan specialist Craig Anderson was interested in closing on time. I had to run around and meet conditions for the underwriting dept. that should have been resolved earlier to ensure my settlement date was meant.



Kelly Foote and her entire team were a pleasure to work with. I really felt kind of sad when the house deal was done because I won't be able to call Kelly and ask her a few hundred questions:>). She was super friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her and Veterans United.





The team was always available and worked very quickly to close in 29 days. Outstanding customer service and very knowledge of the process.
