I have never experienced a home buying experience like this. I was skeptical when I first got this as a response to my mortgage inquiry because I had never heard of you I was before. The response was very quick. Again I was skeptical. It is hard to work with people who aren’t in front of you and you don’t know them. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. Thank you for helping us get into our new home!
I was nervous about buying a house but Ben and his team made the entire process stress free ! Answered any and every question I had , communicated with me with no delay. If I could rate the team more than a 10 , I would give them 20/10 . Definitely will use them in the future for my next home purchase.

Guys, seriously, owning a home has been a dream of mine for the last 15 years. My wife and I are over the moon. One of the best phone calls I made in 2024 was to Veterans United to get this process started. Overall it was a very smooth process, to be honest it's kinda surprising how easy the process was. Now we're home owners.
My entire team was awesome! They made the process smooth and easy. Natascha was especially great. Anytime I had a question or needed help, she was there. Great team. Well explained loan process.
We had a great experience buying our first home using veterans united. However we were not so fortunate this time. Everything was fine leading up to closing until the week of and that’s when the ball was dropped and we just kept getting the run around. “That’s normal it automatically sends the wrong document with the wrong information just sign it” “it will be fixed in 15 minutes” but then takes several hours. This created a lot of extra stress, lack in trust, and delays and then to comeback a month later with more changes in the final disclosure with no real explanation is so frustrating. We had several unexpected changes and problems and it seemed like communication was a big factor but all the number of errors that were not caught until the day before closing or now apparently after closing but they always had some excuse as to why things were not correct and expect us to still sign those documents that were wrong. Very disappointing and would not recommend anymore.I will also add Madison was very nice and responded quickly to any concerns and tried her best with the information she had. Some things she could not help us with but that was out of her control.
