Ashley and Maggie were both a pleasure to work with.

Thank you all for what you do, time a service that you have provided in helping me purchase our dream home.

There is not enough room in this word box nor do I have the appropriate amount of time to explain my 15% positive experience with this organization. But just for laughs, I am going to do it anyways.ATTN: Brant Bukowsky, Brock Bukowsky, Nathan Long- Johnny Mitchell became annoyed and laughed/scoffed at me when I had to babysit him/his co-workers along with the title company to get this home loan process completed. He said they sent an email to the title company to ask what is going on. They did not perform any follow through on their part, I called said title company and explained in detail what VetsUnited required from them. So I took their office number and gave it to Johnny, and magic happened after I chewed his ... behind out. Three minutes later they produce results and I received an email explaining VetsUnited acquired the tax numbers they needed so long ago- Johnny M. explained to me that he told my realtor to NOT inform me on what process what taking place concerning the house I AM BUYING. That is completely unprofessional, dirty, under-handed and absolutely a first impression I got about VetsUnited. Grant it, he works fast. But damn.... I will not recommend other fellow veterans to go through this organization. Good Job on treating a war vet like second hand garbage.- Celina Mowrey answers questions to the best of her ability. Her Talking > Her Listening. I can not explain nor ask any questions when the first person I am to talk to, to setup my first loan with VetsUnited when there is nothing but words from her. I literally put the phone down, made a tuna fish sandwich, grabbed a soda and came back, and she continued to give explanations for her explanations. Customer is first, and if said customer wants to know the policies on home loans, give a simple brief description, and EMAIL TO THEM.- The appraiser contact number (231) 929-3930. That's it. That is ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE ON THE APPRAISER. The Realtor, The Seller, and I were waiting on this appraiser for TOO LONG. She replies ONLY through text messaging. That is it. My 10 year old daughter does that. Now the reason why I have her number is that I am aware of when the apprise is completed, nothing more. The order, scheduling and follow through on appraiser needs to be looked at. The realtors in my area have no positive reviews pertaining to VA appraisers. Please look into that.- There should be a generic checklist generated pertaining to what state said establishment is being bought/purchased. The reason being, I should not have a VetsUnited employee tell me "I need to get this water test done asap, so we can move the process along, otherwise your loan will not be approved on time and the closing date will be pushed back" WITH FIVE DAYS BEFORE CLOSING JOHNNY MITCHELL TELLS ME THAT. I am infuriated just being reminded of that.- Johnny Mitchell called my wife, telling her since an account "popped" up when the underwriter was working on MY loan for the house I was attempting to purchase, she had TWENTY MINUTES to print, sign and send the paperwork back or the loan will be pushed back. At the time we lived Thirty minutes away from any town. Not only is it angering me that he would tell my wife to hurry up, but to not contact me directly.- Received a call about 7:25 PM, Adam Quick from "Equifax" to verify my information, no heads up from VetsUnited, e-mail, smoke signal, nothing.... He rallied off my Social Security Number, Wife's info, and other personal identifiable information. That needs to be handled immediately. - My realtor has described his experience with VetsUnited as a living nightmare, everything is "last minute, hurry up and wait" mentality. I had more information by calling twice a day and asking questions, than my realtor. I might as well have PFC's run the phone lines. I will refinance my loan to another organization, as i specifically made it clear NOT to go through Wells Fargo. As there were other lenders available as well.

From start to finish, the process was explained to me and my husband. I am very thankful for all the help.

James was awesome this is my second time going through him and veterans united both times were a great exsperiance. Especially for someone like me who has a million questions and he was always there to answer them.

Very easy and stress free process

The staff is awesome. Explained things we needed help understandingz,Re-financing, we were told more than one time we would have NO cost to us. Of course, there were costs folded into the loan, I hear from my husband. NOT what I thought after talking to VU. However, in two years, those costs will he paid for by what we will save per month. So....

Excellent experience buying my first home!!

ME!BEING AN FIRST TIME HOME BUYER FOUND THIS TRANSACTION SOMEWHAT STRESSFULL AND AT TIMES DIFFICULT IAM DISABLED AND NOT TECHNICALLY KNOWLEDGABLE UNTO BUYING AND FOUND MYSELF HOPELESSLY CONFUSED UNTIL USEING SOME OLD MILITARY TACTICS AND VETERAN UNITED ADRESSED MY NEEDS WITH AN REPRESENTIVE AND FELLOW SERVICE MEMBER WHO WAS MORE TOLORRABLE THAT MADE THE TRANSACTION SMOOTHER ALTHOUGH I DEEPLY RESPECT AND APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU AND YOUR PATIENTS WITH ME!
