He asked me all the questions that I needed to qualify on his checklist and when he was satisfied on what I had, he transferred me to Brian Flanigan to do the "Pre approval" process. I am truly grateful for the time spent in the military that taught me how to organize all my key documents, pay my bills on time, and keep my head on straight. Everything that Brian and his team asked for, I had in my files or knew where to find them to scan and upload. Seamless processes. Brian or Danielle always kept me posted on the where I was in the process. An awesome team. Great Americans. Brian called me several times as we approached our "Closing Day" to make sure we were ready and what we needed on the day....cashiers check, pay to order of whom, ID cards, etc all the final details.
