I would love to use the excavator same people if we buy another home
I've had a rough year trying to find a home to buy. Then, each time I find I love someone who stepped in and overbid with such a high price bid, I will lose it 😔. I was almost at the point of giving up. Then Jeff, my loan officer, would call and ask how I was doing with my
home searching. He would give me the drive to keep going. Then my agent would tell me we will find something eventually. And with God's help guess what we did. And now I'm overjoyed.

I just wish I was more aware of how expensive it could be to have a requirement from the HOA to landscape the yard within 12 months and I probably should have asked if there was options to finance like another $10,000 in my loan if there was room or some way
