Very easy to load documents online and complete/review necessary documents.
We did not receive our earnest check until almost 2 weeks later due to them mailing it to another address

I didn’t know buying a home could be so seemless and so easy to follow during the process.
I did not find out my actual house payment until sitting at the table for closing and I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Keith was not helpful at all if it wasn’t for Ryan Stoll I would have not made this home purchase.

Everything was great
Staff was there with us all the way. Answered all my questions and basically held my held my hand thru the process of financing a home.
It would be helpful to request the additional documents that you may suspect the underwriter is going to ask for ahead of time.
Veterans United was extremely responsive to our situation and offered solutions immediately. Throughout my journey from preapproval to close, the VU team was right there with us. At no time did we feel uninformed or lost in the process. Veteran's United is the best!!!!
